How can I reschedule a booking?

A booking can be rescheduled from multiple places. It can be rescheduled from:

  • “Reschedule Booking” button in the Actions Panel of the Booking Profile.
  • Drag-and-drop on the Calendar.
  • From the date selectors within booking event popover after clicking on a booking event on the Calendar.

Once a booking has been rescheduled, you will be asked if you want to send a notification to the relevant customer and service providers (for companies with subscription access to Dispatching).
